The Counsel Room is an independent practice bringing together mediation, conflict coaching, leadership coaching and facilitated dialogue. It supports individuals and professionals navigating conflict, difficult conversations and complex relationships.

Founded by Deepa Vohra Bahl, the practice is shaped by a professional journey spanning nearly three decades across law, coaching, leadership development and mediation. Her years in law provided first-hand insight into conflict and its consequences, while coaching and leadership deepened her understanding of the human dynamics behind it.

An ICF Associate Certified Coach, trained mediator and Leadership Circle Practitioner, Deepa combines professional discernment, reflective inquiry and a considered approach to help people find clarity and constructive pathways towards resolution.
